Chicken-Romaine Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 head romaine, torn in bite size pieces (8 cups) | ||
| Cooked and cubed chicken | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| 2/3 cup low calorie Italian salad dressing | ||
| 4 teaspoons tarragon vinegar | ||
| 1/2. teaspoon dry mustard | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Croutons | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine romaine, chicken, and Parmesan.
Mix salad dressing and next 3 indredients.
Toss half of the mixture with croutons; don't soak.
Add to salad with remaining dressing.
