Ingredients

 1 head romaine, torn in bite size pieces (8 cups)
 Cooked and cubed chicken2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parmesan cheese2 Tablespoon, grated
 2/3 cup low calorie Italian salad dressing
 4 teaspoons tarragon vinegar
 1/2. teaspoon dry mustard
 Worcestershire sauce1/4 Teaspoon
 Croutons1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Combine romaine, chicken, and Parmesan.
Mix salad dressing and next 3 indredients.
Toss half of the mixture with croutons; don't soak.
Add to salad with remaining dressing.
