Its a type of Pulao. But like mostly by kids. Its nutritios also 
Recipe Story
It is easy to cook.Ingredients
(1) - Chicken boneless 1/2 kg.
(2) - Rice 1/2 kg. ( Soaked for 10-20 min).
(3) - Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp.
(4) - Green Chlli 3-4.
(5) - Curd finely beaten 1/2 cup.
(6) - Salt to taste.
(7) - Medium Onion 2 ( SLICED).
(8) - Garam masal powder 1 tsp.
(9) - Almonds 10-15. ( Fried).
(10) - Whole Gararm masala( 2 Cardamom, 2 cloves, 1 Bay leaf, Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp, Black pepper 8-10, ).
(11) Ghee or Oil 1 cup.
How to make Chicken Rice " SPL FOR KIDS".
Soaked the Rice 10-20 min.Heat oil or Ghee in a deep pan.
Put sliced onion and fry it till golden brown,remove half quantity of fried onion on a paper.
Add chicken ,Ginger Garlic paste, salt, sliced green chilli, curd & all whole Garam masala.
Cook it till, Chicken become tender.
When Chicken become tender & dry,add soaked riec and add I ltr.of Water( It means water should be double the quantity of rice).
Cook it on high flame near about 5-6 min, after it will cook medium flame for 10 min till rice soaked water,& becomes dry.
Now keep it the dish 5 min low flame.
The dish will ready within 20 min.
Its ready, serve it garnish with fried onion & Fried Almonds.
