Onion
Garlic
Bell pepper
Salt
Celery
Butter
Chicken base – 2 tsp
Potatoes (cubed)
4 Fried chicken pieces (cut into bite size pieces)

Directions
Take a pan and add butter. When melted add the chopped onion and garlic. Stir. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Add chopped bell pepper, celery and mix well. Mix chicken base in 2 cups of water and pour in. Stir. Let simmer. Add in the potatoes and simmer. Add the fried chicken pieces and carrots. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Open. Mix well. Add cornstarch mixed in water to thicken the gravy. Serve.
