Ingredients

 Cooked chicken1 Pound
 Long grain rice1/2 Pound
 Onion1 Large
 Stock1 Pint
 1 tab. olive oil or melted butter
 1 tab. chopped parsley
 1 tab. chopped basil
 Peas1/4 Pound
 Cheese2 Ounce
 Seasoning

Directions

Put rice, onion, herbs and peas to simmer in the stock.
They should take about 15 minutes to cook.
Remove from heat.
Now stir in chopped chicken, salt and pepper to taste and the oil or butter.
Blend well, and put into a fireproof dish.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top, and bake for about 15 minutes in a moderate oven.
