Hi Sonali this rice and chicken looks so very irresistible. Have never had an Indian fare on the sizzler plate, very innovative. The whole sizzling sound and that aroma is so enticing.

I made this a couple of nights ago and we loved it, but I used 1 tablespoon oil and it worked great! I did add a bit more chile as we love hot. Oh and I served it with Brown Basmati-which we really like-a healthier choice. At first we weren't sure we'd like brown basmati so much-now it is our favourite. Wish I could find brown Kalijera.
