Chicken Parmesan – All you baby cows can relax! Recipe Video
The main problem I have with the version served in most restaurants is that they drown the chicken in so much sauce and cheese, that it ends up being a big soggy chicken/cheese clump.
|4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts|
|4 cups “Panko” Japanese style bread crumbs|
|Parmesan||3/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Provolone||1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Pepper red||10 Gram|
|Olive oil for frying|
|Tomato sauce||1/2 Cup (16 tbs), prepared|
|Italian herbs||1/4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded|
|*Baked for approximately 15-20 minutes at 450F|

I agree.. I not only watch these for good ideas and tips, but for entertainment as well. I enjoy the art of cooking, and like a long video that showcases what cooking is. Just my two cents, haha. Great video, going to make that this week!... I will probably cook the chicken in the pan a little longer and broil the cheese... I am weird and love over bubly cheese!
