Ingredients

 
2- to 3-pound chicken, cut into serving pieces
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
1 teaspoon garlic salt
 
Dash of pepper
 
1 teaspoon paprika
 
1/4 cup flour
 
3 tablespoons shortening
 
1 cup water
 
1 cup sour cream

Directions

Dredge the chicken in a mixture of salt, garlic salt, pepper, paprika, and flour.
Heat shortening in cooker.
Brown the chicken.
Add water; close cover securely.
Set pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 20 minutes.
Cool cooker normally for 5 minutes, then reduce pressure under faucet.
Last, stir in the sour cream, heating thoroughly.
Serve.
