Chicken Paprika Recipe
Chicken is wonderful as a side dish, appetizer or the main dish itself. I love this chicken paprika for the fine dining experience that it offers. This brings the flavors and tastes of my favorite restaurant to my very kitchen

Ingredients

| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 2 3-lb. chickens, disjointed | ||
| Cooking oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 Ige. onion, thinly sliced | ||
| Paprika | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sour cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine 1 cup flour, salt and pepper; dredge chicken in seasoned flour.
Heat oil in Dutch oven; brown chicken in oil.
Add onion, paprika and 1 1/2 cups water; cover.
Simmer for about 30 minutes.
Blend in sour cream; thicken with 1 tablespoon flour.
Simmer until heated through.
Serve on buttered noodles.
