Chicken Oriental Soup Recipe
Ingredients
1 packet instant chicken broth and seasoning mix
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup chopped well-washed spinach leaves
2 tablespoons sliced scallion (green onion)
1 egg white
2 ounces skinned and boned cooked chicken, cut into thin strips
Dash each ground ginger and pepper
Directions
Empty broth mix into small saucepan; add water and bring to a boil.
Add spinach and scallion and return to a boil.
Reduce heat and slowly add egg white, stirring constantly, until egg white has set.
Add chicken and seasonings and cook until thoroughly heated.
