Chicken-Mushroom Spread Specials Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 4 Tablespoon, grated | |
| 1 cup ground up cooked chicken | ||
| 1 cup fresh mushrooms minced OR 1 cup canned mushroom stems and pieces minced and drained | ||

Directions
Melt butter or margarine in large skillet and add minced onion; fry until tender.
Blend in flour; gradually add milk and 2 tablespoons grated cheese.
Stir in chicken and mushrooms.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Spread on buttered toast and sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
(If serving as appetizers, cut each piece of toast into quarters.) Serve hot.
