1 Preheat the oven to 200 to 225 degrees F.
2 In a large ovenproof pan, saute the onion.
3 Add in the mushrooms along with the chicken.
4 Stir lightly to mix and add in the garlic cloves.
5 In another bowl, combine white sauce with cream.
6 Pour it in to the pan over chicken and mushrooms.
7 Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
8 Cover the pan, and place it in the oven for a few hours.
9 Remove from the oven and serve hot.
