Recipe Story

Every time I have tried a chicken lollipop at a restaurant or a friend's party must say have enjoyed the subtle flavors that make this dish absolutely irresistible. Have always thought that the dish is real tough to make. As I was not much of a cook when I begun (post marriage) 10 years ago, the idea of experimenting too was frightening. However, the years of experience in my home kitchen has definitely added to my confidence and cooking no longer is an enemy I have to fight with everyday. Have begun to enjoy the experiments and thus, decided to give it a try. The chicken lollipop is made in India in a number of ways combining ingredients to give it a distinct taste. You would find chicken lollipops that go from a typical Indian taste to fusion food(Indo-Chinese). Here's my version of the Chicken lollipop that my daughter absolutely loves.
