Chicken Livers In Coconut Milk Recipe
Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup chopped onions
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon dried ground chili peppers
1 1/2 pounds chicken livers diced
1/4 cup ground peanuts
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons sugar
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
1 cup coconut milk
Directions
Melt the butter in a skillet; saute the onions, garlic, and chili peppers 5 minutes.
Add the livers; saute until no pink remains.
Stir in the mixture of the peanuts, salt, sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, lemon rind, and coconut milk.
Cook over low heat 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
