Chicken Liver Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Dill | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1 , chopped | |
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Chicken livers | 6 , chopped | |
| Stock | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bacon strip | 4 , broiled, minced | |
| Tomatoes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), stewed |
Directions
Heat oil.
Saute onions, peppers and livers.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve over brown rice or mashed potatoes.
