Chicken Liver Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
Chicken livers- 1 cup, cooked
Crisp bacon- 2 tablespoons, chopped
Salt- to taste
Pepper- to taste
Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon
Truffles- 2 tablespoons, sliced
Tabasco sauce- 4 drops
Celery- 2 stalks, minced

GETTING READY
1.Start by mashing the chicken livers

2.In a bowl, place the mashed livers, add the chopped bacon, salt, pepper, tabasco sauce, lemon juice and sliced truffles, and mix them thoroughly
3.Lay the bread slices, and between them spread the mixture along with creamed butter mixed with minced celery.
