Chicken Liver Appetizers Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken livers | 10 , cut in half | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water chestnuts | 10 , cut in half | |
| Bacon slices | 10 , cut in half | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Lightly season the chicken livers with the salt and pepper.
In a heavy skillet, heat the oil and saute the livers lightly for two minutes.
To assemble, wrap one piece of liver and one water chestnut half in each piece of bacon, roll and secure with a toothpick.
Place the appetizers on a lightly oiled baking sheet and broil for a few minutes, turning once, until the bacon is crisp and brown.
