Chicken-Lemon Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 enevlope chicken-noodle soup mix | ||
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Lemon juice | 4 Teaspoon | |
| 2 hard-cooked eggs, finely diced | ||
Directions
Prepare soup mix, following label directions; cook 5 minutes; add celery and cook 2 minutes longer.
Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice; pour into bowl; cover; chill.
Serve in cups or small bowls, with diced hard-cooked eggs sprinkled over.
