Chicken Kiev Recipe
This Chicken Kiev will mesmerize any eater, be it fussy or easy. This recipe is a good way to use Chicken. It is a great Side Dish. Once you try preparing this Chicken Kiev, I am sure you will be making it again!.
Ingredients
4-6 Boned Chicken Breasts
1 Pkg. Boiled Ham
1 Pkg. Swiss Cheese
2 Eggs
1 Tbs. Milk
Butter
Parsley
Directions
Pound the boned chicken breasts until very thin.
Salt & pepper the chicken.
Put a small chunk of butter, a strip of ham and a strip of swiss cheese, a sprinkle of parsley on each piece of chicken.
Roll (fold in sides and roll like a jelly roll).
Dust with flour, dip in beaten egg and roll in cracker crumbs.
Set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hr before cooking.
Fry (just to brown) Bake in medium oven (325-350) for 1 hour.
Serve with hollandaise sauce.
