Chicken Jumbos Recipe
This is a kick ass recipe for Chicken Jumbos which will knockout anyone who eats it. Excuse my French please. Use the freshest of Chicken available to get a flavorful Chicken Jumbos. Ingredients
1 can pineapple spears
16 thin slices cooked chicken breast
8 slices unfrosted cinnamon raisin bread, buttered
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
Directions
Drain syrup from pineapple into a cup; set aside.
Arrange chicken slices and pineapple spears, overlapping, on each of 4 slices.
Blend mayonnaise or salad dressing, 1 tablespoon of the pineapple syrup, and pecans in a cup; spoon a generous teaspoon ful over filling for each sandwich.
Cover with remaining slices of bread. (Chill remaining syrup to add to a beverage.)
Place each sandwich in a plastic bag, or wrap in foil or transparent wrap.
