Chicken Jhat Pat. Recipe
Its easy to cook. At that time any guest come suddenly without prior notice. The dish will easily prepare with in short time.

Ingredients
| Chicken | 1 Kilogram, cut into pieces | |
| Onions | 2 Medium, chopped | |
| Ginger paste | 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic paste | 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon | |
| Red chilli powder | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Medium, chopped | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Garam masala powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Green chillies | 5 , sliced | |
| Coriander leaves | 5 , chopped | |
| Ginger | 1 Inch, thinly sliced | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon (for cooking) |
Directions
Heat up pan.
Put oil in to the pan. When oil become heat up add chopped onion in it . Sorte onion few minutes.
When onion becomes transparent add chicken in it sorte 2-3 min. Add ginger - Garlic paste, Red chilli powder, Salt and tomato.
Cover the pan and cook it 15 minutes till chicken becomes tender add oil appear the top of chicken.
Sprinkle Garam masala powder , and dish out for serve it.
Grnish with sliced green chilli and choped criender leaves.
