Ingredients
(1) - Chichen 1 kg ( cut in to pieces).
(2) - Medium size Onions 2 ( chopped).
(3) - Ginger paste 1 1/2 tbsp.
(4) - Garlic paste 1 1/2 tbsp.
(5) - Red chilli powder 1 to 1 1/2 tsp.
(6) - Medium Tomatoes 2 chopped.
( 7) - Salt according to taste.
(8) - Garam masala powder 1 tsp.
(9) - 4-5 Green chillies in to sliced.
(10) - Few coriender leaves chopped.
(11) - Ginger 1 inch piece. ( Chopped thin slice)
(12) - Oil for cooking.
Directions
Heat up pan.
Put oil in to the pan. When oil become heat up add chopped onion in it . Sorte onion few minutes.
When onion becomes transparent add chicken in it sorte 2-3 min. Add ginger - Garlic paste, Red chilli powder, Salt and tomato.
Cover the pan and cook it 15 minutes till chicken becomes tender add oil appear the top of chicken.
Sprinkle Garam masala powder , and dish out for serve it.
Grnish with sliced green chilli and choped criender leaves.
