Chicken In White Wine Crepes Recipe

| Green onions | 3 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken | 3 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Cooked ham | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Tarragon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dry white wine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mushrooms | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| 1 hard cooked egg, diced | ||
| 1 double recipe Veloute Sauce | ||
| 12 crepes | ||
| Melted butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Saute onions in 3 tablespoons hot butter 1 minute.
Stir in chicken, ham, salt, pepper, and tarragon; stir over high heat 2 minutes.
Pour in wine; boil until liquid has almost disappeared.
Mix in mushrooms and egg.
Fold in Veloute Sauce.
Divide mixture among crepes; roll up.
Place in greased baking dish; brush tops with melted butter.
Heat at 350°F 10 minutes
