Chicken In White Wine Crepes Recipe

| Cooked ham | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |

| Tarragon | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Dry white wine | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Canned mushrooms | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Hard-cooked eggs | 1 , diced | |
| Veloute sauce | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Crepes | 12 | |
| Melted butter | 2 Tablespoon |

Directions
Stir in chicken, ham, salt, pepper and tarragon.
Stir mixture on high heat for 2 minutes.
Pour in wine and boil down until the liquid has almost disappeared.
Mix in mushrooms and egg.
Fold in Veloute sauce.
Divide mixture between crepes and roll up.
Place in a greased baking dish and brush tops with melted butter.
Heat at 350°F for 10 minutes.
