Directions
Heat shortening in cooker and brown the chicken.
Add seasonings, vegetables, and water.
Close cover and set pressure regulator in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 10 minutes.
Allow pressure to drop naturally.
Serve chicken with buttered noodles.
