Chicken Enchilada Recipe

Ingredients
| Chicken | 3 Pound, cooked and boned | |
| Corn chips | 1 Pound | |
| Evaporated milk | 1 Can (10 oz) | |
| Canned mushroom soup | 21 Ounce | |
| Canned enchilada sauce | 10 1⁄2 Ounce | |
| Cheese | 1⁄2 Pound, grated |
Directions
Place one-half the chips in 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Add a layer of chicken; cover with cheese.
Mix together milk, soup and sauce.
Pour one-half of mixture in baking dish.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 350 degrees till bubbly.
