Chicken Delight Recipe

| Mandarin oranges | 1 Can (10 oz) | |
| Lemon juice | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Orange juice | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 2 Cup (32 tbs) |

Directions
Shake chicken pieces in the bag to coat with flour mixture.
Heat margarine and oil in skillet, brown the chicken pieces.
Drain mandarin oranges, reserving juice.
Mix mandarin juice with lemon juice, orange juice, honey, soy sauce, and ginger.
Pour this sauce over chicken in skillet.
Cover, allow to simmer for 30 minutes.
When chicken is tender to the fork, add mandarin oranges, simmer just 5 minutes more.
