Baked Chicken Dandy Recipe

Ingredients
Cooked Chicken – 3 cups, diced
Cooked Rice – 2 cups
Fresh Bread Crumbs – 1 cup
Green Pepper – ¼ cup, finely chopped
Sweet Red Pepper – ¼ cup, finely chopped
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Curry Powder – ½ teaspoon
Pepper – 1/8 teaspoon
Peanuts – ¼ cup, finely chopped
Chicken Broth or Milk – 3 cups
Eggs – 4, well beaten
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350F
MAKING
2) In a bowl combine the ingredients is this order starting with the cooked chicken, breadcrumbs, sweet red pepper, salt, curry powder, pepper and peanuts
3) Then add the chicken broth or milk with eggs blended well
4) Take a greased rectangular baking dish about 2 inches deep and pour in the mixture
5) Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 350F till set

6) Using a knife, cut into squares and serve warm
