 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
 1 cup diced celery Salad greens
 Avocado1 , sliced (1/4 cup slivered, blanched almonds Fruit Garnish:)
 Cantaloupe1/2 , cut into wedges (1/4 cup slivered, blanched almonds Fruit Garnish:)
 Seedless grapes1 Cup (16 tbs) (1/4 cup slivered, blanched almonds Fruit Garnish:)
 Pineapple chunks1 Cup (16 tbs), drained (1/4 cup slivered, blanched almonds Fruit Garnish:)

Directions

Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and curry powder. Pour over the combined chicken and celery and mix lightly. Chill. Just before serving, mound salad in center of a serving platter lined with salad greens. Sprinkle with almonds. Garnish with fruits.
