Brown the chicken.
Add curry powder, salt, onions, vinegar, and water.
Close cover of cooker and set pressure regulator in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 10 minutes.
Cool cooker at once under faucet.
Set chicken aside to keep warm.
Combine cornstarch and orange juice; stir into remaining liquid in cooker.
When thickened, pour over the chicken and serve with boiled rice.
