Chicken Croquettes With White Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Thick White Sauce- 1 cup | ||
| Cooked chicken | 13/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Celery salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1/4 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Crumbs and egg- as required | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1.In a bowl, combine white sauce, chicken, and seasonings together
2.Now cool the mixture
3.Shape the mixture and roll in fine crumbs, then in egg and again in crumbs
4.In a frying pan, fry in hot deep fat for 3-5 minutes
SERVING
5.Serve with a sauce of your choice
