Ingredients

 
4 cups clarified chicken broth or bouillon
 
1 cup chopped raw chicken (or 1/4 pound)
 
6 crepes
 
Watercress for garnish, chopped

Directions

Heat broth or bouillon.
Cut chicken into very thin slivers and simmer for 2 or 3 minutes in the liquid.
Cut crepes into long thin strips.
Add crepes to broth and heat through.
Float watercress on top.
