Chicken Chops my one of the favourtite dish. The mixture of soya sauce, eggs, chilli sauce and pepper gives the Chicken Chops finger licking taste. Mst catch it.

Directions

Skin and debone the chicken breasts but keeping half of the wishbone on each piece: 2 pieces are made from each breast.
Beat the pieces with a knife to tenderise them.
Marinate chicken breasts for 30 minutes with soya sauce, chilli sauce, garlic, 1 tsp oil, salt and pepper.
Dip the breasts in egg and then pat each piece on either side with breadcrumbs.
Dribble 4 tsp of hot oil on a serving dish and pat the chicken chops well on either side.
Microwave for 5 minutes.
Leave to stand for 3 minutes.
Turn over and microwave for another 5 minutes.
Let it stand for 3 minutes.
