Chicken chops Recipe
This chops or gravy will go very well with paratta, plain white rice, any type of fried rice or with idly, dosai. Try it and enjoy.

Ingredients
| Chicken drumstick/1 pound chicken thighs, cut with bone in and skin in | 5 | |
| Chicken thighs | 1 | |
| Onion | 1⁄2 , finely chopped | |
| Chopped onion | 1⁄2 (chopped finely) | |
| Chopped tomato | 1 (chopped finely) | |
| Tomato | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Chilli powder | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Coriander powder/2 tablespoons kulambu masala powder instead of chilli powder and coriander powder will be more tasty | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sesame | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sesame oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Mint | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Chopped cilantro | 2 Teaspoon (cilantro) | |
| Pepper | 2 Teaspoon (To Grind) | |
| Mint leaves | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Jeera | 1 Teaspoon (To Grind) | |
| Whole peppercorns | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 10 Gram (To Grind) | |
| Red chillies | 1 (To Grind) | |
| Dried red chili | 3 | |
| Coconut | 1 Tablespoon, shredded (To Grind) | |
| Shredded coconut | 1 Tablespoon (fresh) |
Directions
* Half slit the chicken drumsticks or cut the thighs, with this add chopped tomato and the grind mix said in ingrediants list, all powders, corrainder and mint leaves, salt and seasame oil.
* Mix all and keep for 5 mins.
* Pour oil in pressure cooker and fry the chopped onions and now put the mixed chicen gravy,add 1/4 cup water, mix and cook for 2 sounds.
* Open the cooker after steam goes , remove the chicken pieces and boil the gravy for sometime till gravy becomes thick and garnish with corrainder leaves.
* Chicken chops is ready.
* Mix all and keep for 5 mins.
