Chicken Chop Suey Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bean sprouts | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Cooked chicken | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pork | 7 1/2 Pound | |
| Brown sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cooked rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chow mein noodles | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Mushrooms | 2 Can (10oz) |
Directions
Saute onion and celery in butter until slightly browned; add 1 cup water.
Simmer mixture for 20 minutes.
Add bean sprouts, chicken, mushrooms, brown sauce and soy sauce.
Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water; stir into bean sprout mixture.
Simmer for 20 minutes longer.
Serve over cooked rice; sprinkle chow mein noodles over the top for garnish.
