Chicken Chop Suey Recipe

Ingredients
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. butter
1 can bean sprouts
2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. mushrooms
7 1/2 lb. fresh pork
1 tbsp. brown sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. cooked rice
1 can chow mein noodles
2 cans mushrooms
Directions
Saute onion and celery in butter until slightly browned; add 1 cup water.
Simmer mixture for 20 minutes.
Add bean sprouts, chicken, mushrooms, brown sauce and soy sauce.
Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water; stir into bean sprout mixture.
Simmer for 20 minutes longer.
Serve over cooked rice; sprinkle chow mein noodles over the top for garnish.
