Chicken-Chip Bake Recipe

Ingredients
Crushed potato chips
2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 a mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. finely minced onion
2 c. Ige. pieces of cooked chicken
1 c. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
Directions
Place crushed chips in buttered 1 quart cas serole.
Blend together evaporated milk and lemon juice.
Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce.
Mix onion, chicken, celery and pimento.
Add to mayonnaise mixture.
Pour into casserole.
Top with 1 cup crushed potato chips.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min utes.
Serve at once.
