Chicken Cheese Clubs Recipe

12 slices bacon (1/2 pound)
2 medium-size tomatoes each cut in 4 slices
1/2 small cucumber sliced
12 slices whole-wheat bread toasted and buttered
1/4 cup prepared sandwich spread
8 slices cooked chicken
4 slices Muenster cheese (from an 8-ounce package)
8 pitted ripe olives
8 small sweet pickles
Directions
Saute bacon until crisp in a large frying pan; drain on paper toweling.
Place tomato and cucumber slices and bacon, dividing evenly, on 4 pieces of the toast; add another slice of the toast; spread with sandwich spread.
Top with chicken slices, then cheese and remaining toast, buttered side down.
Place sandwiches on a cooky sheet.
Bake in a very hot oven (450°) 5 minutes, or until cheese melts slightly.
Press wooden picks into sandwiches to hold in place; cut each sandwich diagonally into quarters.
Top picks with olives and pickles.
