| Wheat flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chilli powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic – ginger paste | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Jeera powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Garam masala | 1 Pinch | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Mix the flour and egg and other ingredients to make a thick mix.
Add the chicken pieces in it. Let it marinate for 1 hr
Deep fry marinated chicken pieces in oil.
Garnish with saute onion and green chillies .
