Oil for deep fry
1 tbsp Cornflour
2 tbsp Maida (enriched wheat flour)
1/4 tsp Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp Jeera(cumin powder)
1 Egg
1 pinch Garam masala
Salt to taste
For garnish onino and green chilli.
Directions
Mix the flour and egg and other ingredients to make a thick mix.
Add the chicken pieces in it. Let it marinate for 1 hr
