Editors Review

For all who yearn for simple and healthy comfort food, here is a great Italian pilaf or risotto to cook up for dinner. Chef has made it more like a one pot meal, where the ingredients are all cooked and added to one pot that saves quite a deal of time.

Orzo pasta! Is that not the rice shaped pasta? I always have the habit of mispelling it. But in any case I love them; especially when pasta is combined with such a deadly combination like chicken! ;)
