Chicken And Wine Recipe
Ingredients
6 chicken breasts
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onions
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. white wine
Directions
Lightly brown chicken.
Saute celery and onions in butter for 30 minutes.
Drain chicken well; add celery, onions and wine; let simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Serve over brown rice.
