Chicken And Wild Rice Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
4 cups diced, cooked chicken or turkey
4 cups cooked wild rice
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped pimientos
1/2 cup slivered almonds
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup chicken broth, or 1 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon dissolved in 1 cup hot water
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients in 3-quart casserole.
Cover.
Microwave 8 to 10 minutes on HIGH, or until center is hot, stirring twice.
