Chicken And Onions Au Recipe
Ingredients
| Medium noodles | 400 Gram (1 Package) | |
| Frozen onions in cream sauce | 10 Ounce (1 Package) | |
| Condensed golden mushroom soup | 2 Can (20 oz) | |
| Frozen green peas | 10 Ounce (1 Package) | |
| Chicken breasts | 4 | |
| Chopped pistachio nuts | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) |
Directions
Cook noodles, following the label directions; drain.
Combine with onions and 1 can of the mushroom soup in a greased shallow 12 cup baking dish; sprinkle with peas.
While noodles cook, pull skin from chicken breasts; cut each in half.
Arrange in a single layer over peas; spread with remaining can of soup; cover.
Bake in moderate oven (350°) 1 1/2 hours, or until chicken is tender and sauce is bubbly.
Garnish with chopped pistachio nuts, if you wish.
