Ingredients

 
Butter – 4 tablespoons
 
Flour – 2 tablespoons
 
Cream Cheese – 1 pack (3 ounce)
 
Salt – 1 teaspoon
 
Cayenne – just a dash
 
Garlic Salt – ½ teaspoon
 
Chicken Bouillon – 1 cup
 
Chopped Pimiento – 2 tablespoons
 
Mushrooms – 1 cup, sautéed
 
Cooked Chicken – 2 ½ cups, diced into 1 inch cubes
 
Macaroni – 2 cups, cooked
 
Swiss cheese – ½ cup grated
 
Nutmeg – just a dash
 
Milk – 1 cup

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350F

MAKING
2) In a saucepan, melt the butter and add in the flour, cheese, garlic salt, cayenne, nutmeg and salt
3) Add in the milk and the chicken bouillon and stir the sauce till thickened
4) Mix in the pimento, mushrooms, diced chicken and the macaroni
5) Pour in a 2 quart casserole
6) Layer in the cheese
7) Bake in the oven at 350F for 25 minutes till the top is lightly browned

SERVING
8) Serve the dish warm
