Chicken and Ham Royale Recipe

| Chicken breasts | 3 Ounce, split | |

| Butter | 6 Tablespoon, melted | |

| Chicken broth | 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs) | |
| Light cream | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Egg yolk | 1 | |
| Boiled ham | 6 , thin sliced | |
| Slivered almonds | 2 Tablespoon (Toasted) |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a pot of water, place the chicken, onion, celery tops and salt
2) Place the lid and cook over a low flame for about 30 minutes till tender
3) Allow the chicken to cool in the broth
4) Remove the breast meat discarding the skins and bones
5) Strain the broth set over a bowl and keep aside
6) Follow the directions given on the noodle packet to cook and keep aside
7) Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the cooked noodles
8) Make the sauce, by emptying the contents of the envelope in to a saucepan
9) Add in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil
10) Add in the cream and egg yolk to blend well
11) Increase the flame to bring to a rumbling boil, stirring continuously
12) In a frying pan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter and fry the chicken till lightly browned
13) On a large platter, spoon in the noodles
14) Top with slices of ham
15) Top each of the ham with a piece of chicken
16) Pour the sauce over the chicken and the noodles
17) Sprinkle in the toasted almonds
