Ingredients
1 pound thinly sliced chicken breast cutlets
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons poultry
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
4 prepared or baked refrigerator biscuits,split
1/2 cup thinly sliced scallions
