 Onion2 Tablespoon, finley chopped
 Mushrooms1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Green pepper1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
 Flour4 Tablespoon
 Chicken stock2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Cooked chicken3 Cup (48 tbs), diced
 Pimentos2 , drained and cut into thin strips
 Dry sherry3 Tablespoon

Heat the butter in a skillet, add the onion, mushrooms and green pepper, and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in the flour, mix well with the vegetables, then gradually add chicken stock and stir until boiling.
Add seasoning and stir over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add chicken, pimentos and sherry and heat through.
