Add the green pepper and the mushrooms, stir well.
Microwave 3 minutes at HIGH.
Push the vegetables to one side, pressing out the butter.
Stir the flour into the butter until well blended, then add the cream or milk.
Stir with the vegetables until well mixed.
Micro wave 3 minutes at HIGH, stir well.
Microwave another 3 to 6 minutes or until creamy.
Salt to taste.
Add the chicken, mix well.
Microwave 1 minute at HIGH, stir again.â€¢ Mix together the egg yolks, paprika, soft butter, onion, lemon juice and sherry.
Add to chicken mixture.
Stir until well mixed.
Microwave at MEDIUM 6 to 7 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes.
It should be creamy and cooked.
Serve in puff pastry shell, make into a pie or serve in a nest of cooked rice.
