• dry white wine, half bottle
 
• green onions/pearl onions
 
• bacon grease
 
• Brussels sprouts
 
• vegetable stock
 
• lemon juice
 
• honey

Directions for preparation:

• Deglaze the pan with the wine and put the chicken back in. let it cook.
• In a sauté pan, heat some bacon grease and add some green onions and add the Brussels sprout.
• Sauté them and then add in the vegetable stock.
• Add in the lemon juice.
• Add the honey and finish cooking.
• Serve with Brussels sprouts over pasta.
