Ingredients

 Chicken breast halves - 4, boneless, skinless
 Sesame oil2 Tablespoon
 Green onions2
 Low sodium soy sauce1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Brown sugar2 Tablespoon
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm)
 Cherry tomatoes8
 Zucchini1 Small
 10-inch wooden skewers- 8, soaked in water and drained
 Salt1 To taste
 Pepper To Taste
 Nonfat cooking spray

Directions

GETTING READY
1 Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes.
2 In a flat glass pan, place the chicken cubes.
3 Cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
4 Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.

MAKING
5 On to the skewers alternately thread the chicken, tomatoes and zucchini.
6 Sprinkle with additional salt and pepper if required.
7 Grill the skewers horizontally for 7-8 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and zucchini is tender.

SERVING
8 Serve immediately.
