Chicken With Tarragon Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned, and cut in half | ||
| Dried tarragon | 4 Teaspoon | |

| 3 tablespoons butter or 1 tablespoon butter and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil | ||
| Dry white wine | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
Sprinkle chicken breasts with tarragon, salt, and pepper.
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat and saute chicken 3 to 4 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
Add wine, cover, and simmer over low heat 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
