 Ground coriander1/2 Teaspoon

 Natural yogurt10 Fluid Ounce (4 chicken breasts oil for shallow frying Sauce:)
 Ground ginger1/2 Teaspoon (4 chicken breasts oil for shallow frying Sauce:)
 Curry powder1 Teaspoon (4 chicken breasts oil for shallow frying Sauce:)
 Cayenne pepper1 Tablespoon (4 chicken breasts oil for shallow frying Sauce:)
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed (4 chicken breasts oil for shallow frying Sauce:)
 Bay Leaf1 (4 chicken breasts oil for shallow frying Sauce:)
 Tomato Paste1 Tablespoon (4 chicken breasts oil for shallow frying Sauce:)
 Grated rind of 1 lemon
 Parsley sprigs
 Lemon slices

Directions

Combine the coriander, chilli powder, garam masala, salt and lemon juice.
Prick the chicken breasts all over with a fork and rub in the spice and lemon mixture.
Leave to marinate for 4-5 hours.
Drain the chicken pieces and fry them in oil over moderate heat until they are brown all over and cooked through.
Transfer to a serving dish and keep warm.
Meanwhile mix all the ingredients for the sauce and warm over a gentle heat, stirring constantly.
Remove the bay leaf and pour the sauce over the chicken portions.
