Ingredients

 Chicken legs4 , cut in half
 Chicken breasts2 , cut in half
 MARINADE
 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon
 1/4 cup soya sauce
 1/4 cup liquid honey
 White wine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice1
 1/4 cup fruit juice
 4 fresh ginger roots, grated
 Garlic3 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Pepper white1 To taste

Directions

Put the marinade in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
Shake vigorously.
Lay the chicken in a flat pyrex plate.
Pour marinade over and let stand (turning occasionally) in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Put meat in clay baker with marinade.
Close and bake.
